Who we are:
Brenda Naso
Dance and Movement Psychotherapist (ADMP UK), Clinical Supervisor (Roehampton University, UK), and Somatic Movement Therapist (IBMT UK).
With over 18 years of extensive experience, I have navigated diverse clinical settings, including the NHS—in the acute and community mental health sectors—along with commitments in charity, private clinical practice, and supervision. Currently, I am immersed in NHS primary care services, spearheading an innovative, body-oriented treatment approach tailored to people struggling with medically unexplained symptoms.
Since 2013, I have been a permanent member of the teaching staff of the MA Dance Movement Psychotherapy program at Goldsmiths University in London, UK.
My international commitments as an educator and clinical supervisor have extended to countries such as Lithuania, Romania, Spain, France, and Greece. I am also a dedicated student and practitioner of Authentic Movement, a discipline I have been immersed in since 2007 under the guidance of Linda Hartley. I organize and facilitate authentic movement circles both in London and abroad.

Silvina Soria.
Educator, workshop facilitator, and art and cultural project coordinator. Visual artist and sculptural jewelry designer.
With over 20 years of experience as an artist and teacher, I offer courses in London, Barcelona, Sardinia, and Valencia, where I currently reside. In addition to my work as an artist and workshop facilitator, my background includes co-directing an arts organization in London, where for seven years I coordinated a platform for artists promoting professional development. I have designed and developed cultural and educational projects with interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary content for diverse audiences. My approach includes artistic guidance and mentoring. One aspect of my work is community engagement, especially with women in vulnerable situations and in foster care. Through workshops and creative activities, we create a safe and welcoming space to foster confidence, creative expression, and open dialogue, with the goal of focusing on self-worth and stimulating empowerment and personal growth.
