This course combines introductory automatic drawing exercises (warm-up) with wire-work techniques to create three-dimensional drawings. It is designed to encourage observation, experimentation, and the development of personal projects.
The objective of this course is to approach sculpture and drawing from a new perspective, working with line in space.
Wire-work techniques for creating three-dimensional drawings will be taught.
Course Objectives
To expand the physical and aesthetic possibilities of line, drawing, and sculpture.
To develop a personal project in sculpture or metal design.
